The most important thing on this page

Finsa is not a lender. We do not approve loans, we do not decide your interest rate, and we cannot guarantee that any lender will approve you. Every lending decision belongs to the lender.

1What Finsa does

Finsa fetches your credit report with your consent, analyses it, and shows you what your credit profile looks like and where you may be able to improve it or reduce what you pay. Where a suitable option exists, we can connect you with a lending partner.

2What Finsa is not

  • Finsa is not a bank, an NBFC, or a lender of any kind.
  • Finsa does not approve, sanction or disburse loans.
  • Finsa does not guarantee eligibility, an interest rate, or an amount.
  • Finsa does not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
  • Finsa does not hold, transfer, or take custody of your money at any point.

3Information in the app

Your credit score and account details come from Equifax and are only as accurate as what lenders have reported to the bureau. If something is wrong, it must be corrected with the bureau — we will tell you how, but we cannot change it.

The Finsa Health Score is our own measure of your overall financial health, scored out of 100. It is not a credit bureau score and no lender uses it.

Savings figures, EMI estimates and similar calculations are estimates based on the information in your report. They exclude processing fees, foreclosure charges, taxes and anything the bureau did not report. Actual figures come from the lender.

4Ask Finsa

Ask Finsa uses artificial intelligence to explain your credit situation. It can be wrong. It is informational only, is not financial advice, and is not a lending decision. Do not rely on it as your only input for a financial decision.

Finsa will never ask you for your PAN, Aadhaar, OTP, card number, CVV or passwords through Ask Finsa. If anything claiming to be Finsa asks for these, it is not us.

5When you enquire about a loan

When you ask us to check an option, you authorise us to share your details with lending partners for that purpose, and you agree that we or they may contact you about it — including on a number registered with the DND registry.

We are paid a commission by lenders when a loan is disbursed. This does not change what we show you: our analysis will tell you not to borrow when borrowing would not help you.

6Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information. A mismatch means the bureau cannot find your report.
  • You must be 18 or older and resident in India.
  • Use the app only for your own credit profile, not anyone else’s.
  • Keep your account credentials to yourself.

7Availability

We aim to keep Finsa available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Credit-bureau and AI features depend on third parties and may be unavailable at times.

8Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Finsa is not liable for financial decisions you make based on information in the app, for the accuracy of data supplied by the credit bureau, or for the decisions, terms or conduct of any lender.

9Ending your use

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or to access someone else’s credit information.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
