Salaried

Salaried? You are the borrower lenders are set up for.

A fixed salary credit every month is the thing a lender can underwrite in minutes. What decides the answer is not the figure on the slip but how much of it is already spoken for: across the files this panel has scored, the borrowers approved were keeping their existing EMIs near a third of take-home, and the ones refused were nearer nine tenths, at almost the same credit scores.

Finsa's fee for any of it: ₹0. No processing fee, no fee of any kind. The lender's own charges are on the Key Fact Statement before you sign.

In short

A personal loan for a salaried employee through Finsa: one soft check of your Equifax report, then offers from RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs priced on your income and the EMIs you already carry, with approved borrowers typically keeping existing EMIs under about half of take-home. Finsa is not a lender and charges no processing fee and no fee of any kind.

How it works

  1. 01

Check your report, not your paperwork

Consent, one OTP, and Finsa reads every EMI and card on your Equifax file. Checking is free and is a soft enquiry, so it never affects your credit score.

  2. 02

    See what you can carry

Your take-home against the EMIs already on it. That headroom, not the salary figure, is what every lender on the panel actually prices.

    Let the lenders answer

The request goes to our lender partners at once. You compare what comes back, and you pick, or you leave it.

Questions people ask

What is the minimum salary for a personal loan?
There is no single figure, and the salary itself is rarely what decides it. Lenders read how much of your income is already committed to EMIs and card dues. A ₹30,000 salary with one small EMI is approved more often than a ₹1,00,000 salary that is already mostly spoken for.
Can I get a personal loan on a ₹25,000 salary?
Yes, from lenders on this panel, when your existing EMIs are low. What closes the door at that income is not the number but an EMI load that already takes more than about half of it, because there is nothing left for a new EMI to sit in.
How much personal loan can I get on my salary?
Lenders size it from the EMI you can carry after the EMIs you already pay, usually keeping the total under about half of net income, and turn that spare EMI into an amount over the tenure you choose. A worked calculation is one tap away. How much on your salary →
Do I need a salary slip to check my offers?
No. The check runs on your consent and your Equifax report, and you type your take-home yourself. The lender you pick may ask for recent slips or a bank statement at signing, which is its own KYC step and stated on the Key Fact Statement.
Does my employer matter?
It does to the lender, not to Finsa. A recognised employer and time in the job read as stability, and some lenders price a listed company a little better. If you are self-employed the same panel still applies, with different paperwork at the lender's end. Self-employed? Read this →
Will checking affect my credit score?
Checking is free and is a soft enquiry, so it never affects your credit score.
Does Finsa only do fresh loans, or consolidation and top-ups too?
All three, from the same check. A fresh personal loan, combining several loans and cards into one EMI, and a top-up on a loan you are already repaying each get their own offers from the same report, so a salaried borrower with existing EMIs sees the option that actually lowers the monthly total rather than only the one they asked for. One EMI for all your loans →
Does Finsa charge a processing fee?
Finsa charges no processing fee and no fee of any kind: the credit report, the offers and the match are free to the borrower. Finsa is paid by the lender on disbursal. Any processing fee of the lender's own is shown on its Key Fact Statement before you sign, and you can compare offers on that.

What a loan through Finsa costs

Tenure
Repayment runs from 6 months to 60 months.
Rate
Lending partners price personal loans from about 9.99% to 24% a year, on a reducing balance. Your rate is set by the lender from your credit profile, not by Finsa.
Example
Worked example: on ₹3,00,000 over 36 months at 14% a year, the EMI is ₹10,253 and the total repaid is ₹3,69,118, of which ₹69,118 is interest.
Fees
Finsa charges no processing fee and no fee of any kind. A lender's own processing fee, insurance or GST is extra, and each one is stated on the Key Fact Statement you get before signing.
